Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work: An intensive course learning about all the different topics a First Aider will deal with in fantastic detail. Suitable for high-risk organisations or those that wish to be trained to the highest standard available in First Aid.

Duration: 3-day course

 

Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work: A course covering emergency topics and a general overview of the responsibilities of a First Aider. Suitable for office staff or those involved in community clubs/organisations.

Duration: 1-day course

 

Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Annual Refresher): As recommended by the Health and Safety Executive, don’t forget to book in your short annual refresher sessions.

Duration: 2-hour session

 

Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid: This course focuses in detail on the First Aid techniques and skills used to treat children and babies. This course is recommended for OFSTED compliance.

Duration: 2-day course

 

Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid: This is an insight to the basic First Aid needs of children and babies. This course for example, is ideal for parents who wish to have some knowledge in what to do in the event of an emergency.

Duration: 1-day course

Combined First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid Course: Streamlined perfectly to avoid the duplication of topics associated with attending both the First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid courses separately, the Combined First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid course has been specifically designed for those who work in settings that require both First Aiders and Paediatric First Aiders, such as schools, sports clubs or other childcare settings. 

Duration: 3-day course

 

Level 3 Award in Forestry First Aid: The Forestry First Aid course is ideal for those who work (or intend to work) in a forestry, agricultural or remote environment, such as tree surgeons and farmers.

Duration: 3- hour course

 

Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator: The Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator course has been designed for those who have a specific interest or responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities to provide BLS when dealing with an emergency which may involve using an AED.

Duration: Half day course

 

 

Level 2 Award in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation: This half day course is perfect for those who want to learn how to perform CPR and use a defib. Suitable for all persons in any working or recreational situation.

Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis:  The QA Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis (RQF) qualification has been designed for those who could provide basic life support and manage anaphylaxis (severe and life-threatening allergic reactions) in an emergency.

Duration: Half day course

 

Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support for Adults and Children: The Basic Life Support for Adults and Children qualification has been designed for anyone who wishes to learn basic life support skills for adults, children and infants. It is also ideal for those who are qualified in providing first aid and are looking to refresh or develop their existing first aid knowledge.

Duration: Half day course

 

Level 2 Award in First Aid Essentials:  First Aid Essentials is a course that has been designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide basic first aid to people they are caring for.

Duration: 1-day course

 

Level 2 Award in Activity First Aid: If you are involved in organisations or have hobbies that place you in remote locations, then the Activity First Aid course would be ideal. Our instructors will teach you ways to deal with injured or ill people in situations where help and resources are limited.

Duration: 2-day course

 

Level 3 Award in Administering Emergency Oxygen:  The QA Level 3 Award in Administering Emergency Oxygen has been specifically designed for those who have a responsibility for the treatment and/or management of casualties who need administration of emergency medical oxygen. This qualification is suitable for first aiders operating in a high-risk environment, community first responders, cabin/film crew, fire, police and other emergency services personnel.

Duration: Half day course

 

Level 2 Award in citizenAID: This qualification is particularly useful for those who work in high-risk environments where the risk of a deliberate multiple casualty attack should be considered, including: airports, train and bus stations, schools/colleges, shopping centres, and large public events. Our instructors teach how to react safely, pass on effective messages to the emergency services, prioritise the injured and give life-saving first aid in extreme situations.

Level 1: Fire Safety Awareness: The Award in Fire Safety Awareness is designed as an introductory qualification for people who want to increase their awareness of fire safety in the workplace.

 

Level 2: Fire Safety Warden: This course is for anyone who has a specific responsibility for fire safety in the workplace or have the need to be fire wardens/fire marshals.

  • Have some fire extinguisher training involving real live fire, guided in the safety with one of our Firefighters. This practical training is not only very educational but exciting and fun.

Level 2 Award in Principles of Manual Handling: The Award in Principles of Manual Handling qualification has been specifically designed for all employees to help raise their awareness of the risks associated with unsafe manual handling practices.

Duration: Half day course

 

Level 2 Award in Safe Moving and Handling: The Award in Safe Moving and Handling is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed for those who work, or intend to work, in a role that involves manual handling. It is ideal for those working in a variety of environments including warehouses, engineering institutes and shops.
